All Megawheels products are covered by our manufacturer’s 1-year all-inclusive warranty for all manufacturing defects to the original owner (the warranty period of the accessories is specified separately).

This Warranty starts on the date of your purchase and lasts for one year ( the “Warranty Period” ). The Warranty Period is not extended if the Product is repaired or replaced.

Refund-refundable items must be returned within 7 days after delivery. In no case will we give a refund 7 days after delivery of the product.

Warranty Target Audience

All quality-related defects of goods sold directly by Megawheels or Megawheels authorized distributors are covered by the Broad Warranty.

This warranty is provided only to the original customer of the product and is not transferable to subsequent customers.

This Limited Warranty does not include

This limited warranty does not cover used, unpacked products, including, but not limited to, floor models (unless the manufacturer’s warranty is approved at the date of purchase). Refurbished, equipment for which the manufacturer’s warranty is provided or sold “as is”. If your product shows obvious signs of damage or has been misused beyond the scope of normal use, including water damage, the warranty may not be valid. Wear and tear is not be covered by this warranty.

Claims Process

All claims for this warranty must be filed through Megawheels. And submitted to support@megawheels.com. Any warranty claims require proof of purchase as well as photos or videos of the damaged product. Before filing a warranty claim, we recommend that you contact us through support@megawheels.com, as there may be a simple solution to your problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed through Megawheels within 1 year of initial purchase.

Megawheels will not replace any parts without first viewing photos or videos of the damaged product. Customers will be required to provide us with evidence via email.

Shipping Damage Claims

In rare cases, received items may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contact us through email and provide us with photo or video proof.

Note: We will not accept shipping damage claims made after 7 days of receipt of the product.

Repair Services

For repair services, Megawheels will only provide free replacement parts.
Important Tips: Do not disassemble the Product without permission. Disassembling the Product will void this Warranty. Only Megawheels or third party authorized team can perform the service on this Product.

Limitation of Damages

Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, Megawheels shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, revenues or data, in connection with any breach of express or implied warranties or conditions or under any other legal theory, even if Megawheels has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
